Why I Love Being A Morning Person

Hey guys! Today, I’ll be talking about being a morning person! When I ask people I know whether they are a night owl or a morning person, most of them tend to say night owl. I, on the contrary, wake up very early. So let me list all of the things that come with being a morning person.

Good Time To Walk Outside

Walking in the mornings are so fun! One, the weather is super nice! It’s usually pretty cool. Especially where I live, nice cool weather is hard to get during the day, so waking up earlier definitely has that perk. It’s not dark outside either, so that just makes it even better for a walk.

Less Rushed Into Morning Routine

All of my night owl friends always talk about how they wake right before class starts and rush to even get out the door in time. Being a morning person lets me take my time when it comes to getting ready for the day!

Lets Me Organize My Mind

It’s hard to wake up and immediately adapt yourself to whatever situation you’re thrown into. As weird as it sounds, waking up early gives me more time to wake up. I’m not a functioning human being right after I wake up, so getting up early gives me those extra 30 mins to become fully awake.

Perfect Time To Get Things Done

How many of you stay up late getting something done? Homework, a group project, maybe studying for a test. It’s actually better to get those things done in the morning. If you do it in the morning, you get more sleep at night. Mornings also usually mean a distraction-free environment since more people tend to sleep in. Plus, if you’re studying something, that subject will be fresher in your head.

Hope you guys enjoyed this post! Are you an early bird or a night owl? Let me know in the comments below! It’s good to be back!

Your sincere writer and confidante,
