Hey guys! Welcome back to my blog! Over the past couple of weeks, I have been nominated for SO many blogger awards. However, I still want to be able to give you a mix of my normal content since I don’t post that often. So I will be completing these award posts every 2 weeks.
With that out of the way, I am absolutely over the moon to tell you that I have been nominated for the Ideal Inspirational Blogger Award again! This time, I was nominated by Erin, a talented blogger who runs the Kittyjade Blog. Her blog has been a LOOONG time favorite of mine, so definitely be sure to check her out!

What book are you reading?
Fine! You caught me. I’m actually not reading any book right now (unless you count my Computer Science textbook). All the library’s are still closed, and I’m not a huge fan of buying books.
What songs have been replaying on repeat recently?
Ooooh. I answered this question a while ago, and I think my answers are the same. Basically anything from Hamilton, My Quarantine Playlist, or Taylor Swift’s recent album, folklore. By the way, can I just go on record to say how much I love that new album? It’s seriously good, and I highly recommend you check it out. Comment some of your favorite songs from that album.
How do you stay motivated?
Good question! I have a pretty good relationship with motivation. I think the number one reason I see bloggers burn out easily is because of their expectations. I only upload once a week while others upload 3-4 times. You have too many other things to worry about. If you work on something too much, it becomes hard and feels like a chore. Remember to take breaks. It’s much easier to complete just about anything when you do it in small bursts. The end result is usually better.
What tip would you give to anyone trying to get out of a writing slump?
I stand by what I said during the last question. Adjust your expectations according to your own needs. If you are really in a bad writing slump, and you can’t find any inspiration, I find it useful to scroll through Pinterest or Instagram and read other blog posts. I’ve seen this tip everywhere, and it does work. However, I think the best place to get inspiration from is my camera roll. Scrolling through your photos allows you to relive memories you may have forgotten which serves a great inspiration.
What is the most valuable piece of advice you have been given?
Don’t give in to other people’s idea(s) of you. It’s more satisfying to prove them wrong. Why fit in when you were born to stand out?
